Understanding Our Skeleton

Gr 3-6-Numerous large images accompany clear text to offer straightforward introductions to the human body. Skeleton, for example, includes diagrams featuring types of joints, different shapes of bones and where they appear, and cross sections revealing marrow, blood vessels, and spongy and compact bone. Head takes the most intriguing approach, working inward from skin and hair through muscles and bone to the brain.
