Newbie author, Livvy Browne, is in England to unearth the last bit of research she needs to finish the book she's writing about the duke of Brompton's ancestor. But the unbending duke won't let her into his private library to find it.
Jack Anstruther, duke of Brompton, refuses to have anything to do with Livvy since she's his hated business rival's daughter. Though she insists she wants less to do with her father than he does, he doesn't believe her. When she tries to worm her way into his life his first instinct is to send her packing.
